Telemedicine:  This is a new service Dr. Russell is providing for New and Established patients.  Please contact your insurance company to determine if your plan covers Telemedicine.  Dr. Russell will bill insurance for the Telemedicine appt. as she normally does for routine office visits and if your insurance denies the claim, you will be responsible for the visit fee.  If you are interested in scheduling a Telemedicine appointment, please call (860) 909-1082 to schedule an appt.  Please click on the Link below "Start a telemedicine call with Dr. Russell" for access to the online HIPPA-compliant platform.  Please make sure that you use Google Chrome browser for the Telemedicine Call.  Please check-in to your Telemedicine visit 10-15 min. before your scheduled appt.  Dr. Russell will greet you as close to the appt. time as possible.  Please be advised that it is not uncommon for Dr. Russell to run late and if she does, Dr. Russell will take a little extra time with you or your child to be able to provide the best treatment possible.
